Urban community solutions is a on the job training company that hires young people from the inner city giving them an opportunity to come to motivational seminars where they learn self discipline, responsibility, credibility, money management skills, personal growth and how to maintain a positive attitude. 

We teach the youth how to make an honest living with the oldest methods taught by our founding fathers and that’s door to door sales. Young adults are able to make a profit from the sales that they make door-to-door as they learn a great work ethic and what it takes to be successful.

By taking these young people out of their environment they’re able to see more than just their neighborhood, they’re able to see the world from state to state and meet people that are thriving and living great from doing the right thing. With this example we hope to change the mindset of the youth today and create more taxpayers rather then tax burdens.
